Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

Standard Delivery – approx. 4 working days
Express Delivery – approx. 3 working days
Priority Delivery – approx. 2 working days

📍 Note: Deliveries to remote or rural regions may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

We work exclusively with trusted courier partners to ensure your Saza Pets products are delivered safely and on time.

Orders up to 25kg:

  • Shipped via standard courier service

  • All products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit

  • Delivery date selection available at checkout (where supported)

Orders over 25kg (for large planters or bundled decor):

  • May ship via freight or pallet delivery

  • Requires a safe and accessible unloading area

  • Delivery may be scheduled in advance to ensure smooth handling

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
No Deliveries: Weekends or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next working day

  • Remote Areas: Additional delivery fees may apply.

  • Missed Deliveries: Failed delivery attempts may incur redelivery charges.

  • Damaged Parcels: Please report any visible damage within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos, so our team can assist you promptly.
